Neighboring the Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard, our beautiful new space offers indoor and outdoor tasting experiences with stunning views of our estate vineyards. We will feature curated tasting flights highlighted by seasonal food pairings and bites prepared daily by local chef Chase Williams.

Anthology brings together the best seasonal ingredients from local farmers and ranchers to create a menu equal parts food and art, traditionally-inspired while leveraging modern techniques. Wines are thoughtfully paired and chosen to both elevate the flavor combinations on your palate, and enhance the conversation throughout the evening.

Join Chefs Chase Williams and Zack Ehrlich for an immersive communal experience in the brand new tasting room, featuring a 14 seat open kitchen overlooking the Willamette Valley. Interact with the chefs while they prepare and serve each course in a deeply personal encounter.
